Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, consultation request, partner application or PM Surya Ghar document, we may collect your name, contact information, location, electricity-bill details, project information and documents you voluntarily provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, assess solar or engineering requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate project services and maintain appropriate business records. We do not ask for passwords, OTPs or payment-card details through public website forms.

Sharing and retention

Information may be accessed by authorised Navonax personnel and service providers supporting the requested workflow. It is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, legal and service purposes.
